International students should use portal to access the campus network, and need to first apply for an Internet account / password.
留学生上网均采用portal方式接入校园网，用户需要先申请上网账号/口令。
(1). Degree students, who have formal school roll and student number, should first activate NETID, and then hold student cards and go to network information center 105 room for network application.
学历生——具有正式学籍（学号），先激活NETID，然后持学生卡至网络信息中心105办理入网申请。
①Students should pay the Internet access fee and monthly fee. Each student must pay 100 yuan for Internet access and 30 yuan / month for use. Please notice that here one month refers to the period of time from the day of payment to the same day of next month.
交纳入网费和月租费，每个账号入网须交纳100元入网费，使用需缴纳月租费30元/月，自缴费日起至下月同日计算为一个月。
②Please follow the rule of "Pay first, and then use". You should pay the network fee according to your school time and the use of network. If there's no renewal after network expiration, the Internet access of your account will be automatically closed.
遵循先交费，后使用的原则，用户根据本人在校时间、使用网络情况交费，到期后没有续费，则网络自动关闭。
③When you finish the provision curriculum study, your Internet account will be automatically cancelled.
完成规定学制离校后上网账号自动注销。
(2). Non-degree students, who have no formal school roll or student number, should register Internet account and set password in International students’ affairs office, and then hold student cards and go to network information center 105 room for network application.
短期留学生——无正式学籍（学号），由留学生办公室统一登记上网账户信息(账户名、密码)，然后持学生卡至网络信息中心105办理入网申请。
①Each student must apply for personal Internet account；
每位留学生需办理个人上网账号；
②Students should pay the Internet access fee and monthly fee. Each student must pay 100 yuan for Internet access and 30 yuan / month for use. Please notice that here one month refers to the period of time from the day of payment to the same day of next month.
交纳入网费和月租费，每个账号入网须交纳100元入网费，使用需缴纳月租费30元/月，自缴费日起至下月同日计算为一个月。

(3). Attentions 其它注意事项
①When pay for the monthly fee, international students should choose the amount of payment according to your school time. Please notice that the payment cannot be refunded.
所有留学生在缴纳30元/月的使用费时，请根据自己在校的时间慎重选择缴费数额，交费后不能退费。
②To ensure the normal order of the network, each account can only be used and managed by registered applicants, and should not be freely transferred. If you were reported to use others’ accounts, you will be punished according to related regulations.
每个账号由注册申请人使用和管理，不得随意转让或使用他人账号，以保障网络的正常秩序。如出现使用他人账号情况，一旦被举报，将按学校规定进行处罚。
③Non-degree students & first year Chinese Language Students:
Please come to the International Students Affairs Office to give Ms. Li the Internet account name & password.
进修生、汉语补习生请到留学生办公室李老师处递交网络账号及密码；
(4). Network Configuration Instructions网络设置说明
①Client software is no longer needed for the Internet access. IP address and DNS server configuration should be set into “Obtain IP Automatically” and “Obtain DNS Automatically”.
用户不用安装客户端，计算机设置成自动获取IP地址和DNS后直接上网。
②When opening Internet Explorer, there will be a window comes out, which is shown as Image 1. Input username and password and blank the third line, click “上线”（online），and there will be another window comes out, which is shown as Image 2 saying that authentication succeeded. You should be able to access internet by now.
打开网页时会自动弹出认证页面，如图1所示，输入用户名和密码，服务类型为空，点击上线按钮，然后会弹出认证成功页面，如图2所示，这样认证成功就可以正常上网了。
③Please notice that the second window, which is shown as Image 2, should not be closed when you are still using the Internet, otherwise the internet service will be cut off very soon. When you stop using the Internet, please click“下线”(the offline button) to log off.
注意在上网时不要关闭图2的页面，如果长时间关闭会自动下线。当结束上网时，点击下线按钮，注销登录。
