On February 8th, 2018, IKCEST Silk Road Training Base held a discussion conference on in Xi’an Jiaotong University to talk about the remodeling issues of the Cross-border E-commerce Innovation Park of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, with the focus on the its interior decoration and functions. Zheng Qinghua, Vice president of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Qu Jinwei, General Manager of Xi’an International Inland Port Investment & Development Group, and Li Guobin, vice manager of Aopeng Incorporation, and others attended the conference.
The Cross-border E-commerce Innovation Park, invested by the Xi’an International Inland Port Investment & Development Group, is located to the northeast corner of Qinhan Avenue and Mid-Gangwu Road cross in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park. The innovation park covers an area of around 14,000 ㎡ and has a floor area of over 51356.83㎡, with 38582.24㎡ above ground and 12774.59㎡ under ground, and its volume ratio and greening rate being 2.71 and 20% respectively. The innovation combines cultural demonstration of Belt-Road countries, interactive teaching experience, training, conference, database building, and think tank etc. The building will be used to support the development of IKCEST Silk Road Training Base, to serve as a training center for practical international high-end talents to provide silk-road countries with well-trained skillful local talents for the benefit of their economic and social development.
All attendants shared their valuable suggestions to the decoration and remodeling of the building from the angles of background, objectives, management model, training programs, teaching resources, technological platform etc, which will surely help to bring to full play the functions of the building. Presently, the exterior decoration has all been completed and the interior decoration work is to be completed by this May, by which time some of the training programs will be conducted there.
