Recently, a delegation led by Hou Hongxu, Director of the Network and Information Center at Inner Mongolia University, visited the Xi'an Jiaotong University for research and exchange on topics such as the construction of model party branches and campus informatization development. Suo Zhihai, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of the Network and Information Center, along with other relevant officials, participated in the symposium.

At the symposium, Xu Mo, Deputy Director of the Network and Information Center, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Inner Mongolia University and provided a brief overview of the overall layout, practical achievements, and distinctive highlights of the center’s Party building and informatization construction. She emphasized that the Network and Information Center consistently integrates Party building into the entire process of informatization development, adhering to high-quality branch construction to drive the high-quality development of operational work, and striving to achieve the dual integration and enhancement of Party building and business operations. This research as an important opportunity to deepen cooperation and mutual learning, and she expressed hope for strengthened exchanges and collaboration to jointly explore new pathways for the integrated development of university informatization and Party building.

Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics, conducting point-to-point exchanges and explorations on detailed issues such as the standardization and normalization of Party branch construction, innovation in Party building activities, and Party member education and management.

Hou Hongxu and his delegation highly praised the achievements made by the Network and Information Center in both Party building and professional work. They expressed the hope to strengthen communication and collaboration in the future, establish a long-term exchange mechanism, share construction experiences, jointly tackle development challenges, and promote the coordinated development of Party building and professional work in the field of university network information.

After the meeting, Hou Hongxu and his delegation visited the Network and Information center's server room and the user service reception center at Xingqing Campus to learn about the details of user reception services.
