To further promote the safe application of artificial intelligence in the field of education, the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education and the Data and Technology Support Center of the Cyberspace Administration of China jointly launched a campaign to collect outstanding educational cases that demonstrate the safe and beneficial use of artificial intelligence. The initiative focuses on the safe governance, ethical norms, and innovative applications of artificial intelligence in educational settings, aiming to summarize and promote replicable and exemplary experiences to empower the high-quality digital development of education. The case submitted by Xi'an Jiaotong University, titled "Safe and Beneficial Educational Practice based on the Campus Intelligent Service Assistant 'Jiaoxiaozhu'," was successfully selected. On March 19, Teacher Ren Wei from the Network and Information Center was invited to attend the conference and shared insights on the outstanding case.

The Network and Information Center of Xi'an Jiaotong University consistently focuses on addressing the core demands of teachers and students, adhering to the fundamental principle of "security and benevolence." It has launched the university-wide unified intelligent assistant "Jiaoxiaozhu," creating an AI intelligent service ecosystem that covers all scenarios of campus teaching, research, management, and services. The platform leverages a hybrid "local + cloud" architecture to establish a three-tier security protection loop of "identification, prevention and control , and management," building a robust security foundation at the technical level. It deeply integrates core business systems such as teaching and research, breaking down data silos and constructing an agile service model that is "Scene adaptation and on-demand  invocation." This provides teachers and students with precise and efficient intelligent support across various business scenarios.

The Network and Information Center will closely align with the development demands of educational digitization, leveraging innovative application platforms such as "Jiaoxiaozhi" and "Jiaoxiaozhu" to continuously deepen the integration of artificial intelligence with education and teaching, management services, and campus governance. It will persistently explore replicable and scalable AI application models for universities, contributing the wisdom and strength of Jiaotong University to the high-quality development of educational digitization.
