Recently, the 10th Smart Campus CIO Changsha Forum was held, jointly organized by the Smart Campus CIO Information Committee, the Computer Education Professional Committee of the Hunan Higher Education Society, and the Jiangxi Higher Education Information Society. This forum, themed "Digital Education, Smart Integration, and Moral Education," brought together numerous university information technology leaders, industry experts, and representatives from educational technology enterprises across the country to discuss and exchange the latest trends and practical experiences in digital education. Representatives from the Network and Information Center of Xi'an Jiaotong University participated in the event.

After deliberation, evaluation, and voting by a review committee composed of professionals from various fields, including industry education associations, the Smart University Expert Committee, and media organizations, Xi'an Jiaotong University was awarded the title of "Smart Campus - Model University" at the 10th Smart Campus CIO Changsha Forum for its outstanding contributions and innovative practices in the field of educational digitization. At the same time, three members of the university's Network and Information Center, Cui Jingru, Zhang Jiageng, and Zhang Zhe, were honored with the title of "Outstanding Figures in Smart Higher Education Informatization," fully demonstrating the professional competence and strong capabilities of the university's network and information team.

At the forum, Zhang Yajuan, a senior engineer from the Network and Information Center of Xi'an Jiaotong University, was invited to share her experience under the title "Exploration and Practice of University Information Innovation Applications in the Context of Digital and Intelligent Transformation." Focusing on core projects such as standardized data governance, centralized platform sharing, and intelligent restructuring of teaching, she systematically elaborated on Xi'an Jiaotong University's exploration paths and practical experiences in breaking down data barriers, optimizing service processes, and innovating teaching models, supported by real-world application cases and key performance data.

The year 2025 is designated as the university's "Year of Artificial Intelligence Empowerment." The Network and Information Center will leverage the "Jiaoxiaozhi" platform to continuously deepen the optimization and expansion of intelligent technologies across all scenarios in teaching, research, management, and services. Moving forward, the center will further strengthen the deep collaborative innovation among data governance, the "One-Stop Online Service" system, and artificial intelligence technologies. It aims to build a more intelligent, efficient, and open new ecosystem for smart education, providing solid digital support for the high-quality development of the university and the modernization of education.
