(1).   Please visit http://nic.xjtu.edu.cn and choose “下载空间(Download Space)” →“校内下载(Campus Download)”→“申请表格(Application Form)”→Download “学生NetID延期申请表格(Student NETID Extension Application Form)”, and then you should fill in the form according to the requirements and ask the relevant person to stamp on the form.

请登录http://nic.xjtu.edu.cn选择“下载空间”“校内下载”“申请表格”，下载“学生NETID延期申请表格”，按要求填写相关内容、盖章。

(2).   After finishing the first step, you can give the form to Network Information Center 105 room.

填写完毕后将申请表格送交网络信息中心105室。
